Other than the presence of the corporates, Bannerghatta is also a center for the biotechnology and life sciences sectors due to the presence of biotech parks and research facilities. Numerous academic establishments, like as research centers, engineering colleges, and management institutes, are located in Bannerghatta supplying skilled labor. The region also has a significant rise in commercial development, with restaurants, entertainment venues, retail stores, and shopping malls serving the expanding workforce and population. Nearby residential places are Tejaswini Nagar, Meenakshi Paradise Layout, etc. Bannerghatta benefits from excellent access to various areas of Bangalore via well-kept roads and public transport systems.
